Get ready to lace up, stretch out, and Move 4 HHT! Join us on Saturday, 21st June for Moveathon 2025, a fun, flexible, and meaningful event where every step you take supports HHT Ireland and the families we serve.
This special day is inspired by the memory of Paul Woods, a bright and beloved young man who sadly passed away in 2012 due to Hereditary Haemorrhagic Telangiectasia (HHT) — a rare genetic blood vessel disorder. Paul’s memory lives on in this joyful campaign, where we invite you to get moving in his honour and in support of others living with HHT.
💪 How Can You Take Part?
It’s simple — just move! You can walk, run, jog, skip, dance, swim or do anything active that brings you joy. Do it solo, with friends, or as a family — from your garden, local park, or wherever you are. The only rule? Have fun while supporting a great cause.
🎯 Why It Matters
Every move you make helps raise awareness of HHT and brings in vital funds for HHT Ireland — the only charity in Ireland dedicated to supporting those affected by this rare disorder. 100% of the money raised goes directly to supporting families through information, resources, advocacy, and community connection.
