HHT Ireland is launching #myHHTvalentine Campaign 2018!
We want you to be part of it! Just like the lovely Cris Cuenca who recently donated. 
As HHT patients, we require alot of blood transfusions at times.
As a pay back to our Community, HHT Ireland is asking friends & loved ones to contact their local Blood Transfusion Clinic here
and set up an appointment to donate blood from Monday 12Feb – Friday 16 Feb.
What a fantsastic way to give back to the Community and celebrate St Valentine’s Day at same time!

Then pop the Selfie up on your Social Media, tagging HHT Ireland. Then SHARE with all your friends!
