HHT is a rare condition that causes arterio-venous malformations in most vital organs.
Many HHT patients depend on blood transfusions and we feel the responsibility of being ambassadors of the good practice of donating blood.
We decided Valentine’s day was the best occasion to ask for an act of love such as this. However our Campaign runs during the whole month of February 2021.

3 Simple Step Guide:

1. Book yourself for a blood donation appointment at your local blood clinic.

  2. Take a picture with our banner inside/outside the clinic!

3. Post the picture (and tag us #hhtireland) on your social media account using a short message like this…..

“I donated blood for the #myHHTvalentine campaign. HHT is a rare & poorly understood condition that is manageable if diagnosed early. Its most common symptom is a nosebleed. To find out more go to hhtireland.org.”
